Terms of Use
AE Medical Billings Online is provided by AE Medical Billings Inc. for authorized medical billing, administrative, and related business use. Use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Authorized Use
Users may access and use the application only for lawful medical billing, claim management, reporting, invoicing, file management, MCEDT, and related administrative purposes. Users must comply with applicable professional, privacy, healthcare, billing, and payment rules.
Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping credentials, authenticator access, recovery codes, certificates, and connected-service credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared except where expressly permitted through authorized account-user features.
Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for reviewing claims, patient information, service codes, diagnosis codes, dates, facility numbers, referring physicians, payment settings, and uploaded file results before submission or use. AE Medical Billings Inc. is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized data entry.
Software Ownership And Copying Protection
The application, source code, workflow design, screen layouts, business rules, documentation, reports, automation logic, database structure, and related materials are owned by AE Medical Billings Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, extract, mirror, resell, or create derivative works from the application or any part of its code, design, workflow, reports, templates, documentation, or data structures, except as expressly authorized in writing by AE Medical Billings Inc.
System Integrity
Users may not attempt to bypass security controls, gain unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, upload malicious content, misuse APIs, overload the service, or use the platform in a way that could impair availability, confidentiality, or integrity of the application or its data.
Third-Party Services
The application may integrate with services such as MCEDT, Stripe, QuickBooks Online, secure cloud storage, email providers, and document-processing services. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, availability, and operational limitations.
Beta And Feature Changes
During beta testing or ongoing development, features, reports, workflows, validations, automations, and integrations may change. AE Medical Billings Inc. may update, disable, or remove features when needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product improvement.
No Warranty
The software is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AE Medical Billings Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, acceptance of claims, payment by any payer, or compatibility with every browser, device, third-party service, file format, or external system.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE Medical Billings Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including lost revenue, rejected claims, delayed payments, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the application.
Suspension Or Termination
AE Medical Billings Inc. may suspend or terminate access where required for security, suspected misuse, non-payment, legal compliance, discontinued service, or violation of these terms.
